Day 76

day 76

Word of the Day

Salutation

Meaning

– something uttered, written, or
done by way of saluting

– a word or phrase serving as the
prefatory greeting in aletter or speech

After watching Charlotte’s Web (and yes I did shed a tear!) this is the word that stuck with me. With the voice of Julia Roberts as Charlotte the spider teaching the cute little pig named Wilbur that salutation is a figure of speech to get across the message of hello rather than goodbye.

Well sorry for the late entry as this is for Monday!

Have a great day!
