It’s Monday What Are You Reading?

It's Monday What Are You Reading?

This meme is hosted by Sheila over at Book Journey. I haven’t taken part in this meme in a while but considering my book piles are forever growing it seems like a good outlet to share the love.

It will be nice to see what everyone else is getting stuck into now that the autumn/winter season is here. There are some fabulous best sellers stocking the shelves of book shops these days and judging by the new releases lists there are a lot more to come.

Over the past week I have been off work and had the time to really work on my blog, some improvements have been made and more posts have been generated. I am back in my rhythm and hoping it stays that way for a while yet.

Here are my books:

Currently Reading

A Farewell to Arms - Ernest HemingwayThis book has started to get monotonous but I think my opinion may change on completion!

To Read

Meet Me Under the Mistetoe by Abby Clements

terms of employment by charlie croker

reflected in you by sylvia day

the mystery of mercy close by marian keyes

There are a couple more books on my hit list but I think these will be the ones I tackle over the next week. There are also a number of beauty products that will be reviewed so look out of those.

Have a great Monday 😀

Fay

    • Sylvia Day’s first book blew me away quite literally after reading Fifty Shades of sugary tender loving care! I am looking forward to reading Marian Keyes book she is a wonderful writer! Thanks for the visit and don’t be a stranger please feel free to look around comment and follow and I look forward to hearing your opinion 😀

  1. I haven’t read A Farewell to Arms – yet; I’ve read a few Hemingway books but his really famous ones still intimidate me for some reason (I’m always surprised at how readable he is!). But “monotonous” doesn’t sound encouraging!

I have the first Sylvia Day book but I’m not feeling very enthusiastic about reading it – the premise doesn’t sound too interesting, though I realise that’s not very fair of me: pretty much all erotic romance has the same basic plot!!

    • If you have read his others (which i haven’t) then read A Farewell to Arms – it is a complete genre change for me but has me wanting more for some reason!

Sylvia Day’s first book was great and much more on the erotic side that Fifty Shades of Glorious Commercialism! Give it a go! If not close it up and leave it for another day! Thanks for stopping by and please don’t be a stranger – feel free to comment and follow 😀
