5 days of Christmas – Blogmas Day 20

Originally this post was called the ’12 days of Christmas’ however due to numerous items on my Christmas agenda it is a little late – even in the day. For today I am thinking seriously about who I have forgotten on the Christmas card list. This years list is much shorter as my time has been incredibly tight but the cards that I sent abroad went off just on time I think. Check out some of the Christmas cards that I am coveting for the January sale!

How Did I Get On?

Still working on the Christmas gift baskets for our mothers however it is taking longer than I anticipated due to lack of time to go out and shop for the contents. Bit by bit I am getting there – it will happen. On the wrapping side of things the other day I got into a bit of a wrapping frenzy put my audio book on and got cracking. With only 3 more presents to wrap and a couple more to buy I am pretty much all sorted.

One thing I do regret this year is not planning ahead enough to participate in The Broke & The Bookish Secret Santa – such a shame but next year will be a good one! (Not wishing the time away of course!).

Commenting has not been my strong point this week but I have visited almost 10 new blogs and let me tell you there are some awesome bloggers out there – as if you didn’t already know.

This Weeks List

– Edit Christmas baking blog and put on You Tube

– Comment on 10 news blogs

– Find 5 new blogs on Bloglovin’

– Organise 2 Pinterest boards

Once again I will be on Twitter & Instagram this afternoon whilst out and about!

How Did I Get On?

As you can see I got most of my list done. On the commenting front there were only a couple of blogs that I commented on. However this week I have been slightly more active on Twitter than usual and am trying to take more pictures and Instagram straight away.

Christmas Shopping, Christmas, Shopping, Oxford Street, Festive, Seasonal, Season, Crowds, Presents

On the gift basket front I have been Christmas shopping a couple of times this week and done a lot more shopping for myself – although that is expected as I was surprisingly prepared this year as most presents are already bought. This is something that even surprises me!

Something that took my surprise that one step further was the sneaky find of two fabulous baskets that I will be using to make gifts for two lovely mothers. Keep your eyes peeled for a post on the completed baskets.

This Weeks List

– Write Christmas cards and send for Book Bloggers Holiday Card Exchange

Hopefully I will be able to get through this list – fingers crossed.
